Job summary

Donatos is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee quality and service during restaurant shifts. You will coach associates, ensure accuracy of orders, and supervise opening/closing procedures in collaboration with management.

The role emphasizes delivering Donatos' service behaviors, managing food safety, labor, and costs, and maintaining a positive, safe work environment for teammates and guests.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience.
• Completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses.
• Able to perform all essential functions safely and stand/walk entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Coaches and trains Associates to meet Donatos standards.
• Ensures accurate orders and timely service.
• Manages shift execution, safety, and food safety compliance.
