Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to uphold quality and service standards in our Harris, KY location. You will coach and train Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly, honest service, and you may open or close the restaurant while completing administrative responsibilities to ensure a smooth launch or close.

The role requires 1 year of leadership experience or Donatos equivalent, completion of the MIT Program and related food-safety modules, and the ability to manage busy

Qualifications

• Able to perform essential functions safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience.
• Completed Donatos MIT Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler's courses.
• Can execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and listens to customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Anticipates the needs of the customers at all access points and removes barriers.
• Displays caring and empathy for customers and resolves complaints professionally.
• Ensures the team delivers all elements of Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Trains new Associates to execute Donatos standards and processes.
• Ensures customers receive their orders accurately and within promised times.
• Manages shift execution and prep/close checklists and game/day dough plans.
• Coaches on People, Promise and Prosperity drivers and ensures a positive environment.
• Manages food, labor and costs through training and coaching.
• Opens and/or closes the restaurant with proper administrative procedures.
