Job summary

The Hormel Foods Beloit Plant is hiring Production Professionals for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Overtime and weekend work are required.

Duties include grinding, batching, cooking, canning, boxing and stacking, sanitation, forklift operation, and quality checks in a refrigerated warehouse setting. Starting pay is $24.98/hour with seven paygrades and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Applicants must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company rules for food safety and employee safety.
• Operate a forklift in accordance with company standards.
• Use a computer to complete job related tasks.
• Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions throughout a shift.
• Lift/push/pull 50+ lbs as required.
• Twist, bend, kneel, squat or climb as necessary to complete tasks.
• Maintain safety and quality while working in refrigerated/warehouse environments.
