Job summary

CHAGEE is expanding into the US market and seeks a Shift Lead to support baristas during peak hours, manage the POS, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will help train team members, uphold company values, and promote a positive culture in a fast-paced tea house environment.

You will collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, participate in trainings, and cover opening/closing tasks as needed while maintaining hospitality standards and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliability for retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Support baristas with drink preparation during peak hours.
• Manage the POS with cash handling and card transactions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and address feedback professionally.
• Lead by example and help train and coach team members.
• Assist in opening/closing store procedures when needed.
• Support managers with staff task delegation per shift.
