Job summary

CHAGEE is expanding into the US market and seeks a dedicated Shift Lead in Los Angeles, CA. You will support baristas, manage the POS, and deliver outstanding customer service during peak hours while upholding CHAGEE values.

The role emphasizes leadership, team training, and daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and handling customer feedback. A fast-paced, tea-loving environment offers growth and a chance to shape the guest experience in a new market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of barista experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
• Food Handling Certificate required (Company can assist).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible retail hours capability.

Responsibilities

• Support baristas with drink preparation during peak hours.
• Manage the POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address feedback.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and staff delegation.
• Support training and On-Job-Training for staff.
• Assist in marketing and promotions as needed.
• Participate in inventory tasks and store upkeep.
