Job summary

Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead 2 in Charlotte, NC to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of store operations.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma (or in progress) and a valid driver's license. You will greet customers, handle POS transactions, maintain a clean selling floor, assist with merchandising, and manage opening/closing duties including deposits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and complete required training within two months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.
