Job summary

ModWash in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest experiences, educate guests on car wash memberships, and help them select the best package. You will play a key role in driving revenue while maintaining a clean, welcoming site.

You’ll work with a team to meet sales goals, handle site duties, and ensure safety and quality across all customer interactions. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

• Passion for serving customers with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Previous sales experience is a plus and can help drive memberships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service to every guest.
• Actively present and explain ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and options, ensuring satisfaction.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to maintain high service quality.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and maintain site standards.
• Handle opening/closing duties and oversee on-site operations.
