Job summary

ModWash in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Guest Experience role focused on selling memberships and delivering an outstanding wash experience. You will guide customers through package options, help them choose the best plan, and work with a team to hit sales targets while ensuring high standards of service.

Responsibilities include hosting guests, maintaining clean facilities, opening/closing duties, and ongoing engagement to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening/closing site responsibilities as scheduled.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees.
• Identify ways to improve the business.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
