ModWash in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a motivated Key Holder to manage daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll educate guests on membership value, guide package selections, and uphold high service standards throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals.
• Perform opening/closing site responsibilities and maintain site standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of employees.
• Seek ways to improve the business and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies and cleanliness standards.
