Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Guest Experience Associate in Washington, PA to deliver excellent service and drive membership sales. You will greet guests, explain package options and help them choose the best plan while maintaining a clean and welcoming location.

You will work with the team to hit sales targets, operate outdoors in all weather, and provide an outstanding guest experience that supports the ModWash brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving others.
• Excellent customer service skills; sales experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind-blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
