Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot, run shifts in management’s absence, and ensure fast, safe, and high-quality service. You will drive guest engagement, oversee wash operations, and mentor team members in a dynamic outdoor environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and maintaining high-quality wash results, with opening/closing duties and the ability to handle shift challenges and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership role setting standards on shift
• Strong customer service and communication
• Ability to lead a team outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with opening/closing procedures is a plus
• Willingness to engage customers and drive sales

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience; promote offerings to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and prepare cars for washing.
• Monitor equipment, follow safety protocols, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead the team during shifts, assign tasks, and provide guidance as needed.
• Inspect vehicles before and after wash to maintain quality standards; report issues.
