Whistle Express seeks a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You’ll know the site, you’ll know the crew, and you’ll run the shift when management isn’t on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced outdoor environment where ownership and guest satisfaction matter.

You’ll guide the team, ensure safety and quality, and continuously look for ways to improve processes while delivering a friendly, efficient experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team during shifts.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience while promoting services.
• Direct vehicles safely, monitor equipment, and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support team members.
