Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You’ll lead the crew, open and close the site, and ensure safety and smooth operation while management is off-site. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that rewards ownership and accountability.

Greet customers, explain wash options, upsell memberships, and monitor equipment for issues. You’ll drive performance, coach the team, and uphold Sparkle Assurance on every vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail/ service environment.
• Ability to greet customers and upsell services.
• Strong focus on safety and operational uptime.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain wash options; upsell memberships.
• Direct operations and safety during shifts; ensure site runs smoothly.
• Lead the team in opening/closing procedures and handle issues as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and report any maintenance concerns.
