Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Answer questions about services and memberships.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and position them correctly.
• Prepare vehicles by removing loose items and obstacles.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
• Lead the team during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure wash quality and uphold standards.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect customers and staff.
• Provide feedback to keep operations running smoothly.
