Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead who sets the standard on the lot. You know the site, you know the crew, and when management is not on-site you run the shift with ownership and accountability.

You will engage customers, lead the team, ensure safety and wash quality, open and close as a key holder, and handle daily challenges to keep operations moving smoothly in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team experience is a plus.
• Physically active and comfortable working outdoors.
• Willing to open/close as a key holder and run shifts.
