Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to run the site when management is not on-site, leading the crew and ensuring a fast, safe, and high-quality wash experience. You will open/close the site, coach team members, and keep guests satisfied from arrival to departure.

You should be physically active, comfortable outdoors, and able to handle shifts with strong ownership and accountability. Prior leadership experience is a plus and the role includes base pay and progression opportunities.
