• Operations & Safety: direct vehicles into wash, ensure safety protocols, report issues to keep site running smoothly.
• Team Leadership: open/close duties, lead shifts, delegate tasks, support team, handle escalations.
• Attention to Detail: inspect vehicles, ensure Sparkle Assurance standards, provide feedback to maintain wash quality.
