This fast, physical role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and delivering a clean, high-quality wash for every guest. You will open/close, supervise the shift, guide staff, and address issues to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced team in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to open/close site and manage shifts.
• Comfort working outdoors and physically active.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning for a smooth process.
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols to protect guests and team.
• Lead the shift, delegating tasks and providing guidance in the absence of higher leadership.
• Inspect each vehicle for quality and uphold Whistle’s Sparkle Assurance while on shift.
