You will engage customers, resolve questions, assist with inventory, pricing, and basic store operations while modeling a distinctive customer experience and following company policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, displays, and basic store operations.
