Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot, lead a fast-paced team, and own site operations when management is off-site. You will ensure safety, greet customers, drive engagement, and maintain wash quality throughout each shift.

Expect to lead by example, open/close the site, delegate tasks, and resolve issues promptly while keeping the team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors at a fast pace.
• Ability to train and guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and prepare vehicles.
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead the team during shifts; open/close procedures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service and drive engagement and sales.
• Provide feedback to the team to maintain wash quality.
