Qualifications

• Leadership experience on a shift or team.
• Ability to open/close operations as key holder.
• Experience directing a team and delegating tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and promote services to drive engagement and sales.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and prep vehicles.
• Monitor equipment and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead the team during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Inspect vehicles for quality and report issues.
