Job summary

Relogistics is hiring for a Shift Lead in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports the On-Site Manager in scheduling, coordinating, and mentoring a team to maximize productivity while upholding safety and HR policies.

You will oversee loading/unloading, equipment checks, quality verification, data entry, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Requires forklift certification and a high school diploma; driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check to make sure loads are secure.
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
