Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Jacksonville, FL to guide a team during a 4th shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00pm–6:00am) at 6611 Pickett Drive. You will work with the On-Site Manager to set schedules, recruit and develop staff, and ensure safety and HR compliance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, equipment checks, quality inspections, and accurate data entry while maintaining a safe, efficient operation. Requires HS diploma and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.

• Ensure adherence to Safety and HR policies.
• Order and maintain supplies; arrange for equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.

• Load/unload materials and ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Inspect products for quality conformance.
• Enter financial data accurately.
• Execute assignments safely and timely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Overview

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Hourly Pay:

$22.00/hr.

Shift(s):

4th Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM

• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You'll Need

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Forklift certification

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
