Relogistics is looking for a Shift Lead in Ocala, FL to supervise a team across day and night shifts. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with the On-Site Manager to optimize schedules and service levels.

Hourly pay is $20.00/hr, with benefits and opportunities for growth. This role requires forklift certification and a valid driver’s license, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift schedules to service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations with OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to staging areas.
• Check to ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Examine products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
