Job summary

Salamander Middleburg is seeking a Lead Bell/Valet Attendant to guide the Bell/Valet team and ensure Forbes Five-Star guest arrival and departure experiences. The role leads daily staff deployment, coaching, and delivers valet services including parking, luggage assistance, room deliveries, and guest escorts.

The position requires 2+ years in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a valid US driver’s license. This on-site role supports VIP arrivals and maintains high grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School graduate or GED preferred.
• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Publisher, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift lead for Bell/Valet Attendants during assigned shifts.
• Assist with daily deployment of staff and assign responsibilities based on operational needs.
• Monitor team preperformance and provide real-time coaching.
• Monitor grooming standards and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist in training new service professionals.
• Greet guests and provide Forbes Five-Star service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Escort guests to guestrooms and provide resort information.
• Drive resort Lexus house cars in accordance with resort vehicle standards.
• Support VIP arrivals and departures.
