Job summary

Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle seeks a FT Bell/Valet Supervisor to support Bell/Valet operations under the Director of Guest Services, delivering engaging, personalized service and ensuring smooth operation of Bell Services.

You will coach colleagues, uphold luxury standards (LQA, Forbes), manage staffing to meet demand, and maintain equipment while building genuine guest connections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Valet/Bell operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Visa eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends.
• Proactive in maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bell/Valet team and assist manager.
• Ensure high levels of guest recognition and service.
• Maintain standards per LQA, Forbes; coach staff.
• Manage staffing to meet business demands.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle operations.
