Salamander Middleburg is seeking energetic, dependable, and service-focused Bell/Valet Attendants to join our Guest Services team at the Forbes Five-Star resort. Earn hourly pay plus tips while delivering Five-Star service to our guests.

This role offers flexible opportunities, outdoor work in varying weather, and growth within luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous valet, bell, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms.
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front drive.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable arrival and departure experiences.
• Support the Guest Services team in delivering Forbes Five-Star service standards.
