Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift lead for Bell/Valet Attendants during assigned shifts.
• Assist with daily deployment of staff and assign responsibilities based on operational needs.
• Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching.
• Maintain grooming standards and provide coaching as needed.
• Assist in training new service professionals.
• Set a professional example and uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Greet guests and deliver Forbes Five-Star service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, transportation, and delivery.
• Escort guests to guestrooms and provide resort information.
• Conduct room drops and deliver amenities and special requests.
• Operate resort Lexus house cars per vehicle standards.
• Support VIP arrivals and departures.
• Keep Bell Stand and related areas clean and organized.
• Complete required logs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and driving policies.
