Madison Reed's Hair Color Bar is seeking a Shift Lead who helps ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure, manages appointment flow, and communicates with guests to maintain service quality.

As a keyholder and manager-on-duty when the manager is out, you will develop leadership and team management skills while supporting the Manager’s initiatives and growing your business acumen.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in fast-paced retail/salon environments.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate and develop leadership to provide top-tier employee and guest experience aligned with company values.
• Lead by example through sales and service behaviors in interactions with guests and resolve issues.
• Support front and back of house operations and adherence to SOPs; assist guests with retail orders.
• Provide consultations and all services on the menu including shampooing, styling, and chemical services.
• Step in as manager-on-duty to foster a positive, collaborative environment and coach team members.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs including retail and services.
