Job summary

Madix, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead who will train and supervise a shop floor team, set up machines, and drive efficient production. You will follow blueprints, inspect products, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires the ability to interpret specifications, operate fixtures and tools, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain output. Weekend/overtime availability may be needed, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to read specifications, drawings, and work orders.
• Willingness to train and lead a work group; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or train work group by coordinating and delegating tasks.
• Set up machines and ensure daily functions follow work orders.
• Program CNC machines and monitor machine tools.
• Perform quality checks against blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain production records in SAP and RFGEN.
• Meet KPI targets and participate in safety meetings.
