Job summary

Madix, Inc in Jacksonville, TX is seeking a Lead person to supervise and guide the production team. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, training staff, and ensuring equipment and safety procedures are followed to meet daily production quotas.

The role requires forklift certification, strong leadership, blueprints reading, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend/ overtime availability may be required; manufacturing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts.
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Must pass Madix forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train work group by coordinating, delegating, and checking tasks.
• Set up machines and ensure daily functions per production schedule.
• Perform quality checks comparing product to blueprints and specs.
• Maintain production records in SAP/RFGEN and meet KPI targets.
• Identify and implement improvement changes to increase safety and efficiency.
• Communicate corrective actions for any defects and resolve issues.
