Madix, Inc. is seeking skilled manufacturing personnel at our Jacksonville facility. The role supports production lines, interpreting blueprints, and operating equipment such as forklifts and CNC tools. You will train teammates, maintain quality, and ensure safety and lean practices are followed.

The position requires basic math and reading skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends or overtime as needed. Knowledge of SAP and RFGEN is a plus, with on-site training provided.

Formación

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Must pass Madix forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
• Proficiency with simple gauges and measuring tools.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Education/experience equivalent to high school diploma; GED accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train work group by coordinating, delegating, and checking individuals' work.
• Set up machines and follow production schedules.
• Program machines and electronic instruments including CNC tools.
• Meet production quotas with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain quality by comparing products to blueprints and specs.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness; participate in lean initiatives.
• Keep accurate SAP and RFGEN production records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
