Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Idaho is looking for a Shift Lead to support daily operations. Shift Leads perform all Team Member duties plus take on leadership during the absence of GM or MIT, ensuring smooth-running shifts and adherence to brand standards.

You will help with product prep and delivery, manage the team, assist with customer relations, and help deliver the best Hawaiian plate lunch experience with fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members on shift to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with product preparation and delivery.
• Maintain customer relations and fast, accurate service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operations.
• Support team management and other duties as required.
