Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs in Idaho is seeking a Shift Lead to support Team Members and assume leadership in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training. You’ll help ensure smooth shift operations, enforce brand standards, and coordinate food preparation, service, and maintenance.

This role emphasizes teamwork, customer relations, and delivering a fast, accurate dining experience while upholding safety and cleanliness across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads are trained to perform all duties of Team Members with additional leadership responsibilities during shifts.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards across operation areas including product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.
• Help lead the team to provide customers with fast and accurate service.
