Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Shawnee, OK is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and guide team members through busy shifts, ensuring fast and accurate service for our guests.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll assume leadership in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training, uphold Mo' Bettahs standards, and oversee food preparation, customer relations, and restaurant cleanliness to deliver a top-notch Hawaiian plate lunch experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure a smooth-running shift.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.
• Oversee product preparation, delivery, and quality.
• Manage customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and staff.
• Lead in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training.
