Mo’ Bettahs, a fast-casual Hawaiian plate lunch restaurant, seeks a Shift Lead to support daily operations and act as leadership during GM absence. You will guide a team, ensure standards, assist with food prep, customer relations, and maintaining a clean, safe dining area, while delivering fast and accurate service.

This role includes flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time shifts and eligibility for benefits and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads perform all Team Member duties with added leadership responsibilities when GM or MIT is absent.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards across operations, including food prep, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
• Lead the team to provide fast, accurate service and the best guest experience.
