Mo’ Bettahs seeks a Shift Lead to support daily operations, lead teammates, and step in when the General Manager or MIT is absent. You will help ensure product prep, service accuracy, and outstanding customer relations while maintaining restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shift leads are trained to perform all team member duties with added leadership responsibilities.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in operations, food prep, delivery, and customer relations.
