Mo' Bettahs in Kuna, ID is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and supervise Team Members in the absence of the GM. You will lead service, ensure quality, and uphold brand standards while delivering fast, accurate, friendly experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. Previous restaurant experience is preferred; full-time and part-time shifts available; benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• A DAY IN THE LIFE Shift Leads are trained to perform all the duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift.
• Assists with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned.
• Helps lead the team in giving our customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
