Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to support the team in delivering fast, accurate service and a smooth-running shift. You’ll assist with product prep, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team leadership in the absence of a GM or MIT.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards, coaching Team Members, and helping provide the best Hawaiian plate lunch experience to guests. Flexible schedules available; health benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned.
• Helps lead the team in giving customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
