Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise the team, ensure smooth shift operations, and step into leadership when the GM or MIT is absent. You will assist with product prep, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and on-the-floor training to deliver fast, accurate service.

This role supports a fast-paced environment with flexible full- and part-time shifts, benefits for FT staff, and opportunities to help create the best dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities
