Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and mentor Team Members. You’ll carry accountability for smooth shifts in the absence of the GM or MIT, ensuring standards in food prep, service, and customer relations.

Responsibilities include guiding the team, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, handling customer questions, and delivering fast, accurate service to ensure an exceptional dining experience with a smile.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads perform all Team Member duties and take on leadership when GM or MIT is absent.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across product prep, delivery, maintenance and customer relations.
• Help lead the team to provide customers with fast and accurate service.
