Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is hiring a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and support the General Manager in their absence. You will oversee team members, ensure fast, accurate service, and maintain food preparation, delivery, and customer relations on a shift-by-shift basis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running a smooth shift and lead team members.
• Fill leadership role in the absence of GM or Manager in Training (MIT).
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation (product prep, delivery, maintenance).
• Deliver fast, accurate service and excellent customer relations.
