Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations and guide a team of Crew Members on a busy shift. You will supervise shift activities, coordinate food preparation and delivery, and step in for the General Manager or MIT when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading the team to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and other duties.
• Lead the team in providing customers with fast and accurate service.
