Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking Shift Leads to perform Team Member duties and lead the shift, especially when the General Manager or Manager in Training is absent. You will help ensure compliance with company standards across operations, including product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance, while guiding the team to deliver fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and assume leadership role in the absence of the GM or MIT.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.
• Assist with product preparation, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
• Lead the team to deliver fast and accurate service and the best customer experience.
