Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise team members during shifts and step into leadership when the GM or MIT is absent. You will help ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, and restaurant maintenance while guiding the team to deliver fast, accurate service.

Role supports flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time shifts; employees receive meal perks and insurance options. Experience in restaurant operations is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned.
• Help lead the team in giving our customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
• Serve as shift lead in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT) and assume leadership responsibilities.
