Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise team members and ensure a smooth shift in the absence of the General Manager or MIT. You will help maintain standards across operations, food preparation, and service while keeping customers happy with fast, accurate service.

This role offers flexible schedules with full and part-time shifts, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and life insurance for full-time employees. Experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and assist team with responsibilities when GM or MIT is absent.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operations, product preparation and delivery.
• Maintain customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.
• Support providing customers with fast, accurate service and a great experience.
