Job summary

Swig is hiring a Shift Lead to help run daily operations, lead a close-knit team, and ensure a high-energy, guest-centric experience. You’ll manage checklists, deposits, and training while keeping fast-paced service smooth and friendly.

You’ll supervise prep, stock, and safety, mentor teammates, and uphold Swig’s standards. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and a food handler permit is required. Must be 16+ and reliable.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and team training abilities.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid food handler permit.
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following procedures.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
