Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations, greet guests, and lead a small team with a focus on exceptional service. You’ll handle checks, deposits, and training, while ensuring quality drinks, food, and a clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft quality drinks and food by following procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across dining areas.
• Support with prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
