Job summary

Swig is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations, lead the team, craft drinks and food, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train teammates, manage prep and stock, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified applicants are 16 years or older, with food handler's permit, and reliable transportation. Experience in quick-service environments is a plus, with growth opportunities and flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure smooth, high-standard service.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve goals.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience.
• Maintain clean dining and work areas and support safety standards.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support in achieving growth opportunities and participating in contests.
