Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Attendance and punctuality a must
• Promotes and champions Taco Bell's culture and values
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to prioritize customer needs
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members
• Actively participate in training Team Members
• Handle conflicts constructively with GM to resolve issues
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates
• Assist with Profit & Loss by following cash control and labor procedures
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards
